Joslin Professional Services, Inc. was formed in January 2007, to provide expert level consulting services to the community of Oracle PeopleSoft Enterprise customers.

President and Senior Consultant, Roy Joslin, has more than 16 years of professional experience in building Oracle PeopleSoft Enterprise systems for nationally known organizations. His wide-ranging expertise includes project guidance and management, user training and knowledge transfer, systems analysis and design, and successful software deployment strategies.

Mr. Joslin has in-depth knowledge and understanding of many popular PeopleSoft Oracle PeopleSoft Enterprise products. Specific areas of functional expertise include Human Resources, Benefit Administration, ePerformance, Recruitment (Talent Acquisition Management), Time and Labor, Payroll, Manager Self Service, and Employee Self Service. He also has particular technical expertise in portal administration, self service internet/intranet system deployment, PeopleTools development, and systems architecture setup and administration.

Mr. Joslin has worked in a wide range of organizations including government, health care, financial services, banking, and manufacturing. He has successfully completed many comprehensive PeopleSoft assignments at both private and public organizations during his long career. Mr. Joslin speaks regularly at Oracle PeopleSoft Regional User Group (RUG) meetings and has presented papers at several national user conferences.
